Locked On Mod [1.21.5] [1.21.1] – Java Edition

This client-side mod allows players to lock the camera onto entities. To target a mob, simply aim at it with the crosshair and press the “V” key. In addition to camera locking, the mod will also display the distance between the player and the entity.
